Karey is an advanced practice nurse with full prescribing autonomy to treat hormone imbalances, autoimmune issues, chronic fatigue, body composition goals, and men’s health. She also holds a degree in psychology. She is passionate about helping others transform their lives physically and mentally.
She is a former IFBB and WBFF pro bikini competitor, a 3-time cover model, and has written over 30 articles for major publications. She loves to help men and women obtain their physique goals using proper nutrition, training, hormone optimization, and peptide therapy customized to their individual needs.
